![]() | DOWNTOWN BINGHAMTON, NY will host the 45th annual July Fest Arts and Music Festival on Court Street from Boscov's to the Courthouse on Friday, July 6 and Saturday, July 7, 2007. |
Sponsored by the Downtown Binghamton Business Association,
July Fest 2007 features music, art, entertainment, food and activities for all. Admission, including downtown parking, is free. The events include an Antique Car & Truck Show, Artist in Action Showcase, Arts & Crafts Show, Binghamton Antiques Roadshow (free appraisals), a Children's Area with face painting, balloon sculptures, and free art projects, and music all weekend long, including Splash at the Flashbacks and the Morgan String Band at the Metro Center.
The first day of July Fest 2007 coincides with Binghamton's First Friday Art Walk, so budget plenty of time to visit the downtown galleries, shop at more than 30 arts and crafts booths, and enjoy live music and food in the open air. Speaking of food, the Downtown Binghamton Farmers' Market at Collier Street will also be part of the July Fest activities, so don't forget the shopping list!
